This privacy policy is applicable to the Beebees app (hereinafter referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, which was developed by BitArts, Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Commercial service. This service is provided “AS IS”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

What information do users provide to the Application?

None. The Application does not require or accept any user registration, account creation, or personal information of any kind. There are no forms, no sign-ups, and no login screens.

What information does the Application collect automatically?

None. The Application does not collect any information automatically. It does not use analytics, tracking, telemetry, crash reporting, or any other form of automatic data collection.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

No. This Application does not gather information about the location of your device.

Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies?

No. The Application does not use any AI or machine learning technologies.

Does the Application use the camera?

Yes. The Application uses the device camera solely for augmented reality (AR) gameplay and for scanning hand-drawn artwork. Camera data is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted, stored remotely, or shared with any party, including BitArts, Ltd.

Does the Application use the internet?

The Application uses local device-to-device communication (Bluetooth/WiFi) only for the optional trading feature. This is a direct peer-to-peer connection between nearby devices. No data is transmitted to the internet, and no servers are involved.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No. No information is sent to any third party, including BitArts, Ltd.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can halt all use of the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your device. Since no data is collected, there is nothing to opt out of.

What is the data retention policy?

The Application does not collect or retain any user data on external servers. All game data (collected creatures, drawings, settings) is stored locally on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the Application.

How does the Application address children’s privacy?

The Application is designed for children and is fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The Application:

How is your information kept secure?

Since the Application does not collect any information, there is no user data to secure. All game data is stored locally on your device using the device’s built-in storage mechanisms.

How will you be informed of changes to this Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
